Chas. Aufhammer has been a real estate professional for over 35 years in greater Southern California. His career has encompassed residential, commercial, and industrial real estate over the years. His background includes both the sales and leasing of properties. His Berkshire Hathaway Realty office is located on South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, California, directly across from the world-renowned Montage Resort & Spa.
One of Chas' main areas of focus is to assist friends and clients with the buying and selling of homes along the Southern California Gold Coast. These areas include Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente and the other coastal communities of Newport Beach and Corona del Mar.
For over 37 years, Chas. has been a resident of Laguna Beach and Three Arch Bay, where he and his wife have raised their family. His involvement includes being an active resident of Three Arch Bay, member of his church and the surrounding communities. Chas. has an MBA and BS from the University of Southern California.
